PROCESSING

The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product. Normally this process takes 2-4 business days.

Please make sure your shipping address information is entirely correct to ensure a faster, safer delivery! If your address is incomplete, we will promptly contact you for a corrected address and will not ship yourpackage until we hear back from you in order to avoid delays and lost packages.

Due to increased volume of orders and manufacturing demands our standard

order delivery times are extended to approximately 2-3 weeks. We understand

the importance of timely deliveries and we are doing our best to process and

dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped out within 3-5 days of purchase using DHL eCommerce,

USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and the fastest service available.

Please allow up to 3 weeks after shipment for your order to be delivered. We

strive to get your products to you on time however, production speed and

shipping times do vary. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control

such as customs or postal delays. You will receive a tracking number upon item

shipment so you can keep track of your delivery date at your convenience.
